VBSys should be run under Windows XP or Newer ONLY. (It is a fully 32 bit program and it will NOT run under Win 9x or earlier; In addition it uses some programming tricks that will work only with Win XP or newer so it will NOT work properly with Win 9x, 3x, or NT. It may work on some Win 2000 versions but is not tested. If you need a version of VBSys for Win 9x or Win 3.x contact me as I still have them available.
